Peaceful Getaway with Great Amenities

The resort offered convenient shuttle service into town using a tuk-tuk, great for stress-free exploration. .. they were always happy to help. The grounds are well kept. The individual casita had seating outside, great to enjoy the fine view.

I found the responsiveness from management slow when addressing issues.

mixed experience, some concerns

inconsistent shower poorly maintained pool

I found some aspects disappointing. the shower lacked consistent temperature. It alternated between warm and cold. the pool seemed somewhat unclean and poorly maintained (perhaps it was just the time of year?).

my room had a comfortable bed. it was a double or twin room. the restaurant view overlooked the pool. the hotel gave transportation to the town center.
